We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant / GM Secretary to support the General Manager’s Office in Jeddah.


The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing executive schedules while ensuring smooth coordination between the GM and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and confidential correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Act as the main point of contact between the GM and internal departments
  • Handle incoming requests and prioritize tasks on behalf of the GM

Administrative Coordination

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the GM’s office
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on tasks

Meetings & Events

  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during leadership meetings
  • Follow up on action items with relevant departments
  • Organize meetings, visits, and executive events

Government & Internal Coordination
