Role Purpose: Responsible for growing volume and revenue for assigned key accounts through Pay for Performance CDA's, under the guidance and supervision of the Key Account Manager. Tasked with growing number of key accounts in assigned territory and aligning customers to Volume Producing initiatives and Key Account activities at outlet level.
A. Accountabilities:
1. Execute the Key Accounts plan for the territory with the objective of growing volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts, as per AOP.
2. Develop, maintain and grow business relations by ensuring all key decision makers in the Accounts are engaged with on a periodic basis.
3. Build account specific standards for products range, promotions, pricing, and equipment as per guidance of KAM, with the objective of increasing Pepsi presence in assigned accounts.
4. Develop, sell, and execute CDAs with identified customers to ensure outlet exclusivity and growth in volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts.
5. Support the KAM in the process of identification and evaluation of new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) and developing targets with the objective of growing volume, revenue and share in the territory as per AOP.
B. Job Requirements:
1. University degree.
2. Minimum of 4-6 years of cumulative experience in sales and key account selling experience in the FMCG / Beverages industry.
3. Good understanding of the fine dining restaurant market dynamics and negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
5. Exposure to operating in an ERP environment is desirable and proficiency in MS Office is essential
