A.    Accountabilities:

1.      Maintain, allocate, post, verify and reconcile Expenses Accounts

a.      Maintain & control Public and Government relations expenses.

b.      Maintain & control Petty cash and business trip expense.

c.      Track & maintain customs clearance for export sales.

d.      Maintain & control Share Holder Accounts and Payments.

e.      Maintain & control scrap sales.

f.      Maintain and control Business Loan by Employee.

2.      Review commission payout calculation.

3.      Creating functional purchase requests & GRN

4.     Support Fixed Assets management
