Role Purpose: Develop new business opportunities by opening new accounts in the assigned territory, growing the business of existing accounts, by selling new products, packages, execute the promotion calendar and Collect the due balance from the assigned accounts.
A. Accountabilities:
1. Ensure coverage of all assigned accounts as per plan
2. Clear understanding for channel dynamic and guidelines to identify potential new accounts
3. Daily visit for the assigned territory to identify potential new accounts.
4. Emphasis on the value position we offer to new customers vs competition in terms of (products quality, service level and support)
5. Communicate competition activities in market to management.
6. Actively participate in accounts problem solving.
7. Execute the AOP objectives in his assigned and new accounts.
8. Execute timely collection of the outstanding amounts by timely visits to customers for collection - cash, cheque or the bank transfer copy, as per the statement of accounts (SOA) and liaise between MenaBev and customers for any dispute or discrepancies in the statement of accounts (SOA)
9. Ensure timely response for customer requirements such as invoices copy and the statement of accounts by serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer.
10. Follow up on reconciliation between accounts and finance department
11. Escalate any payments delay beyond the DSO limit to KAM, to act accordingly
B. Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors' degree in relevant field
2. 6-8 years of cumulative experience in sales and key account selling in the FMCG industry.
3. Fluent in Arabic & English
