Role Purpose: Supervise branch warehouse operations within set procedures, to ensure efficient loading and receipt of finished goods, reporting and stock control as per standards
A. Accountabilities:
1. Align warehouse operations to set procedures to ensure compliance and support best in class practices
2. Plan and implement slotting in warehouse using standard techniques such as FIFO to improve stock rotation
3. Liaise with the quality department to release products on-hold and for any quality issues
4. Monitor and report on daily stock movements to inform senior supervisor/regional warehouse manager of variances in stock levels
5. Conduct physical count of floor stock
6. Adhere to standard HSE and food safety guidelines to ensure safety of staff, product and equipment
7. Identify and report operational issues and recommend corrective action to maintain optimal levels of productivity
8. Generate load-out report and issue shipment tickets to record stock movement in the system
9. For Sales truck loading, verify built sales order to ensure load matching with truck dimensions and verify all picked pallets in assigned zone/area are loaded as per load request
10. Load/Unload pallets from trucks/trailers and stacking pallets with the forklift ensuring safe warehouse operations
11. Report any identified issues or concerns within the FSMS to the food safety team members.
B. Job Requirements:
1. High-School with Forklift Driving License
2. 3 years' experience in warehousing operations
3. Computer skills, with ability to use MS Office
