Job description

To ensure smooth execution of government-related procedures and efficient coordination of operational and logistical matters for the company and its sister companies across all KSA regions. The role includes fieldwork, document follow-ups, and direct interactions with ministries and service providers. Administrative support is also provided as needed.


Government Affairs

  • o Represent the company at ministries, municipalities, and all governmental agencies.
  • o Process and follow up on Iqamas, visas, exit/re-entry, work permits, sponsorship transfers, and GOSI registrations.
  • o Manage government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, Baladi, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.
  • o Submit and track company and employee-related documentation and letters required by government entities.
  • o Renew CRs, Saudization certificates, licenses, and other compliance-related documents in all cities.
  • o Handle formal correspondence in Arabic and English as required for public relations.

Logistics & Operations Support

  • o Coordinate transportation, delivery scheduling, and related technicians and drivers for project and office needs.
  • o Extend support to the Business Development Manager and Sales Department by indirectly contributing to sales, including opening new doors and visiting recommended clients as directed by the BDM from time to time.
  • o Follow up with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics partners for on-time material movement.
  • o Assist with documentation and processing of import/export clearance.
  • o Support regional offices and warehouses with operational and logistical requirements.
  • o Provide assistance in utility setups, maintenance coordination, and supplier visits.

Administrative Assistance

  • o Support preparation and submission of employee contracts, offer letters, and renewal documents.
  • o Handle office supplies, small purchases, and service provider coordination.
  • o Assist in basic HR admin tasks and internal form completion.

General Duties

  • o Conduct field visits and accompany employees to government offices or appointments as needed.
  • o Maintain updated records and tracking sheets for PR and operations tasks.
  • o Submit regular progress reports to management.
  • o Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
