Job description

  1. ·        Good knowledge of local governmental regulations and legislation (Companies Law, Labor Law, commercial regulations, etc.) to support the preparation and review of employment contracts, Articles of Association, company policies, and other corporate documents.
  2. ·        Provide administrative support in updating existing company procedures and documentation, and assist in drafting new internal policies and contractual documents when required.
  3. ·        Practical experience handling procedures and services with various Ministries and governmental entities, both through manual submissions and online portals, including but not limited to: Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Environment, Passport Office, Chamber of Commerce, Royal Commission, ZATCA, and similar authorities.
  4. ·        Coordinate and follow up on the issuance, renewal, and maintenance of all company licenses, permits, registrations, and employee-related official documentation.
  5. ·        Familiarity with government and private sector initiatives supporting industrial development (such as IKTVA, Local Content programs, Ministry of Industry initiatives, etc.) and ability to assist the company in participating in and benefiting from such programs.
  6. ·        Ensure the company maintains compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements imposed by relevant authorities.
