Tele-control / SCADA Technicians
General Requirements
Support operation and maintenance of SCADA, PLC, RTU, and control systems.
Perform installation, wiring, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of field devices and control systems.
Work under the supervision of Tele-control and SCADA Engineers.
Comply with safety, cybersecurity, and utility regulations.
Interview: Must pass an authorization interview and qualify as an Authorized person.
Work schedule: [e.g., 8 hrs./day, 5 days a week, with emergency call-out support].
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: Diploma / Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Automation.
Additional vendor training (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, ABB …etc.) is a plus.
Experience: 4+ years’ hands-on experience in SCADA/PLC/RTU/automation systems (preferably water/wastewater).
Practical skills in PLC/RTU panel wiring, I/O testing, loop checking and solar panels.
Experience with PLC/RTU troubleshooting (ABB, Siemens, Schneider, …etc.).
Knowledge of field instrumentation (flow meters, level sensors, pressure transmitters, water quality analyzers).
Experience with SCADA/HMI operation.
Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.).
Tele-control / SCS Technician [1 No.] (for Substation Control System)
General Requirements
The role holder will be responsible for maintenance and repairs work on telecontrol equipment’s/ instruments. The role holder will ensure all equipment within his line of responsibility is operational and in good condition. The role holder will be responsible for maintaining reports on all faults and repairs carried out including Preventive Maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering
More than 6 years in a similar role, including 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience
Tele-control / (SCADA/DCS/Networking) Technician [1 No.] (for Water Mega Reservoirs)
General Requirements
Holder will be responsible for Maintenance ,Support and Fault attendance and rectification of DCS, SCADA, PLC, Networking and control systems.
Perform installation, wiring, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of DCS , SCADA & Networking Systems and field devices.
Work under the supervision of Tele-control Engineers.
Comply with safety, cybersecurity, and utility regulations.
The role holder will be responsible for maintaining reports on all faults and repairs carried out, including Preventive Maintenance.

Knowledge of industrial protocols, cyber security Practices for OT Systems.
Knowledge in reading Instrument loop drawings, Electrical Hook up drawings, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.
