𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Al Mana Computer Services and Al Mana Security Systems are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and management of enterprise network infrastructure across multi-site environments.

The role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity across enterprise LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and VoIP systems. The successful candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in routing, switching, network security, and enterprise infrastructure management, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

This role will also collaborate closely with technical teams, sales teams, project teams, and external vendors to support infrastructure deployments and client solutions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and network segmentation.
• Manage routing, switching, and VPN connectivity across enterprise networks.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies, NAT, and security rules.
• Support and maintain enterprise wireless networks and controllers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot L2/L3 network issues.
• Manage IP Telephony / VoIP systems (Cisco CUCM preferred).
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for connectivity and upgrades.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Routing & Switching (Layer 2 & Layer 3)
• Experience with Firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
• Experience managing enterprise wireless networks
• Knowledge of VLANs, network segmentation, and multi-site infrastructure
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios)
• Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto or similar platforms
