Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Liaison & Management:
o Meet and liaise with clients to discuss their advertising needs and requirements.
o Establish and maintain regular communication with clients at a senior level to ensure satisfaction and alignment with campaign objectives.
o Organize client feedback and communicate it effectively to internal teams.
2. Campaign Management:
o Oversee the day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure they are on track.
o Collaborate with agency colleagues to develop advertising campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget.
o Present campaign ideas, strategies, and budgets to clients alongside the Account Manager or Client Servicing Manager.
3. Leadership & Team Coordination:
o Provide proactive leadership to the team, encouraging optimal performance.
o Work closely with the Account Manager to brief the operations team (media, creative, and research staff) on campaign objectives.
o Ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with the client’s business goals through effective internal coordination.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
o Generate accurate reports on campaign activities, including status updates, progress sheets, and adherence to goals.
o Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
o Prepare and present client reports, ensuring all progress is documented and communicated efficiently.
5. Budget and Financial Management:
o Manage online and offline campaign budgets and ensure costs are controlled.
o Handle invoicing for clients, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
o Ensure the financial aspects of campaigns are managed in line with client agreements and company standards.
6. Creative & Approval Process:
o Present creative work to clients for approval, ensuring it aligns with their requirements and objectives.
o Work with clients to modify creative materials as needed, ensuring their satisfaction.

7. Business Development & New Business Pitches:
o Participate in “pitches” alongside other agency staff to secure new business and expand client portfolios.
8. Administrative & Operational Support:
o Undertake administrative tasks related to client accounts and campaigns.
o Organize and attend meetings to ensure the smooth execution of online and offline campaigns and foster strong relationships.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
1. Communication Skills:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure clear and effective client interaction.
o Professional verbal and written communication skills, especially when presenting to clients.
2. Team Management:
o Strong team management capabilities with the ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team environment.
3. Educational Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in management, Marketing, or Advertising.
4. Interpersonal Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
5. Advertising Knowledge:
o Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques to create compelling campaigns that meet client objectives.
6. IT Proficiency:
o Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage reports, presentations, and communication
