Duties And Responsibilities
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business
· Ability to penetrate new clients and generate leads
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Experienced in IT related products and services
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
· Present new products and services to clients and lead negotiations for new contracts
· Create and maintain account plannning that align with client goals and business objectives
· Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues
· Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, technical, presales and admin to ensure client needs are met
· Participate in product development feedback based on client insights
· Coordinate with the other sales team to meet overall sales goals and share best practices
· Track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction
· Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
· Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements
· Ensure timely renewals and account retention
