Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, and exit processes.
- Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives in line with company goals and employee needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS regularly.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration and liaise with payroll teams.
- Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
