Job description

The Field Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the market presence of our company in Amman, Jordan. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential customers through market research and networking.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  7. Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  9. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
