Job description

Job Description: As the Sales & Logistics Specialist, you will handle the full cycle of logistics and dispatch, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:

Full-Process Order Management: Receive load requests from the company, manage client interactions, and handle the dispatch process entirely—without relying on a separate dispatcher.
Sales & Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients, educate them about our services, and implement strategies to drive sales and grow the customer base.
Trip Coordination: Accurately enter load details into the system (e.g., Airtable) and coordinate all dispatch-related tasks until completion.
Vendor & Driver Selection: Review, select, and communicate with vendors and drivers to ensure seamless and timely efficient service.
Route & Logistics Planning: Plan and optimize routes for efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
Customer Communication & Updates: Provide clients with trip confirmations, real-time updates, and support throughout the process.
Problem-Solving & Operational Efficiency: Identify and resolve any logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Skills

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales Management, or a related field.
Language: English fluency at a C1-C2 level.
Experience: Previous experience is not required, but would be a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Ability to drive sales through strategic thinking and customer engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and support a remote team.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., Airtable) and logistics tools is a plus.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Attention to Detail: Capture load requirements with precision to avoid errors.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with a dynamic, growing team.
