Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business goals.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Lead and contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product teams
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and coding standards
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Your Profile

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
• Strong experience with ASP.NET, Web APIs, RESTful services
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles
• Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
• Knowledge of Entity Framework / Dapper
• Experience with source control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience building and consuming microservices is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor)
