Job Summary



The HR Analyst – Exit Processes plays a critical role in managing and executing employee separation activities across multiple geographies. This role ensures that voluntary resignations, involuntary terminations, redundancies, retirement, and death-in-service cases are handled with accuracy, compliance, and empathy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering a smooth and consistent offboarding experience.



Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers during the exit process.



  • Manage end-to-end offboarding activities for voluntary, involuntary, redundancy, retirement, and death-in-service cases.



  • Prepare and issue separation documentation, including termination letters and compliance forms.



  • Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and other internal teams to ensure timely processing of final settlements and system access removal.



  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all exit transactions in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow).



  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data privacy regulations.



  • Provide empathetic support and clear communication to employees during sensitive exit scenarios.



  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.



Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with exposure to offboarding processes.



  • Experience working with HR ERP systems like Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow.



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.



  • Familiarity with global HR compliance standards and local labor laws.



Preferred Skills



  • Experience handling sensitive cases such as redundancies and death-in-service.



  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).



  • Process improvement mindset and experience with automation tools.
