The role is responsible for acting as the bridge between HR process owners, IT, vendors, and delivery teams by translating business and operational needs into clear, structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for HR system enhancements.
While system testing is executed by dedicated testers, the Business Analyst remains accountable for the definition and adequacy of testing coverage. The role will define end‑to‑end test scenarios and success criteria, working closely with testers and HR process owners to ensure that all approved business and functional requirements are fully represented in test scripts and scenarios.
The role will coordinate and oversee testing activities, review test execution results with testers and process owners, confirm resolution of defects and gaps, and provide formal confirmation that implemented solutions satisfy approved requirements prior to sign‑off and production deployment.
In parallel, the role will coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of HR system enhancement initiatives, ensuring requirements are approved, changes are planned, dependencies managed, milestones tracked, risks addressed, and implementations delivered on time and within scope.
The position plays a critical role in strengthening HR digital capabilities, improving process efficiency, control effectiveness, and data integrity, and ensuring HR systems effectively support business objectives, regulatory requirements, and reporting needs, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment across HR, Technology, and external partners.
NOTE: Diversified profiles for the role is required (bilingual, Arabic speaking /eastern European if any)
