About the Client:
Our client is a fast-growing Saudi SaaS startup that’s helping shape the digital trust
infrastructure of the Saudi digital economy. Thousands of users rely on their platform to
securely manage and sign agreements. Their vision is to become a comprehensive solution
for E-signatures, digital agreements, and identity verification. Supported by investors and
rapidly expanding their team and customer base, they are looking for a driven Product
Manager to join their journey.
About the Role
As an AI Sales Enablement Specialist, you will own the quality, governance, and adoption
of internal AI agents used by SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, and Channel teams.
Working closely with the RevOps Lead (system architect), your mission is to ensure our AI
agents don’t just function — they consistently produce high-quality, human-like, on-brand
outputs that act as a true digital sales workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1) AI Roadmap Ownership & Solution Design
• Own and prioritize the AI agent roadmap (20+ agents) based on business impact and
feasibility.
• Create detailed “Agent Specs” defining purpose, users, inputs, workflows, and
success metrics.
• Translate vague business challenges into structured AI workflows (e.g., turning
“SDRs spend too much time researching” into a structured Intelligence Agent
solution).
2) AI Output Quality (Core Ownership)
• Review AI-generated emails, LinkedIn messages, meeting briefs, summaries, and
follow-ups.
• Build and enforce a clear quality rubric defining what “excellent” looks like.
• Develop and maintain approved templates (email structures, objection handling,
follow-up sequences) for AI usage.
3) Prompt Operations & Continuous Improvement
• Own the prompt library, including writing, documentation, versioning, and change
logs.
• Conduct structured testing before releasing new prompt versions.
• Identify recurring output issues (generic tone, weak CTA, incorrect claims, brand
misalignment) and improve them through prompt optimization and guardrails.
4) Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Governance
• Define which agents require mandatory review versus sampling review.
• Establish review queues, escalation processes, and SLAs with team leads.
• Ensure all customer-facing outputs meet standards for tone, accuracy, compliance,
and quality.
5) Agent Readiness Testing (User-Level QA)
• Test agents end-to-end as if you are an SDR, AE, or CS user — including edge cases
and incomplete data scenarios.
• Produce structured bug reports and improvement recommendations for RevOps,
Product, and Engineering teams.
6) Adoption & Enablement
• Create practical playbooks outlining when to use each agent, how to edit outputs,
and best practices.
• Deliver short, hands-on training sessions and collect feedback regularly.
• Monitor usage metrics and remove friction points to drive organic adoption.
7) Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with RevOps to align AI workflows with HubSpot data and systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel leaders to refine tone and
messaging standards.
• Collaborate with Legal and Security for agents handling contractual, compliance, or
security-related content.
What You Can Expect from Us
• Competitive salary and benefits package
• High ownership and autonomy in a fast-growing company
• Transparent, open culture that values initiative and impact
• A high-performance environment that balances ambition with enjoyment
• The opportunity to leverage and expand your full skill set
• A culture that welcomes diverse thinkers and personalities
