Manager to join their journey.
Role: Channel Sales Engineer (Remote)
Role Overview
The Channel Sales Engineer plays a key role in enabling and supporting our channel
partners by providing technical onboarding, identifying growth opportunities through
account mapping, and independently managing a pipeline of smaller deals. This role
bridges technical expertise with sales execution to help partners successfully position and
sell Signit’s e-signature solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner Technical Onboarding:
Deliver structured technical onboarding sessions to channel partner sales teams,
ensuring they fully understand Signit’s e-signature solutions and can confidently
represent them to customers.
• Account Mapping & Opportunity Identification:
Work closely with channel partners to conduct account mapping activities,
identifying potential customers and new business opportunities. Collaborate with
the Channel Sales Manager on strategic accounts and follow-up actions.
• Long-Tail Pipeline Ownership:
Independently manage and close smaller opportunities (deals under SAR 20,000)
with channel partners, including pipeline management, follow-ups, and deal
closure.
• Partner Relationship Support:
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with channel partners, acting as a
trusted advisor and ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to
succeed.
• Sales Enablement & Training:
Provide ongoing technical enablement, documentation, and training sessions to
enhance partners’ understanding of Signit’s solutions and improve their sales
effectiveness.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and manage the assigned deal pipeline, providing regular updates and
insights to the Channel Sales Manager on deal progress, partner performance, and
potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaboration with Enterprise Sales:
Coordinate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure a smooth handover of
larger opportunities, supporting joint efforts to close high-value deals with channel
partners.
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or channel sales
role, preferably within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or a technology-driven
environment. Experience working with channel partners or distributors is a strong
advantage.
• Sales Mindset:
Strong passion for sales with a proven ability to close deals and a willingness to
engage directly in the sales process.
• Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of SaaS and API-based solutions, with the ability to clearly
explain technical concepts to non-technical sales audiences.
• Relationship Management:
Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage technical relationships with
partners in a collaborative and results-oriented manner.
• CRM Knowledge:
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, track performance, and
generate reports.
• Organization & Multitasking:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partners
and opportunities simultaneously.
• Proactive Attitude:
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of identifying and acting on
opportunities independently.
• Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment.
• Language Skills:
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
