Restaurant Manager

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a highly prestigious client in Qatar’s F&B industry . We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of two premier F&B outlets . This senior role is equivalent to that of a Restaurant General Manager for a fine dining restaurant associated with the renowned Alain Ducasse team.

• Location: Doha, Qatar
• Salary: Starting from QAR 19,000/- with additional benefits
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Joining Time: Immediately / One Month

The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Director of F&B Operations and the CEO. This role will manage the daily operations of one of Qatar’s top fine dining restaurants and a coffee shop, both located within the iconic Location in Qatar .

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations for two F&B outlets, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Coordinate with the Director of F&B Operations and the CEO to align business goals and strategies.
• Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role within fine-dining establishments, preferably in the GCC region.
• Previous managerial or GM experience in Michelin-starred or top-tier restaurants in the GCC (experience in restaurants like Novikov, Gaya, Coya is an advantage).
• A well-seasoned, stable candidate with a strong commitment to relocating to Qatar.
• Fluency in French is highly preferred.
• Must be available to join in Qatar as soon as possible or within 3 weeks.
