Responsibilities:
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling logistics in International Logistics Company is preferred.
• Managing and negotiating shipment freight rates.
Requirements:
• Well knowledgeable and with 3-5 years of proven experience in customs clearance operations within the UAE.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and Harmonized System (HS) codes.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE customs laws, regulations, and procedures, particularly those enforced by Dubai Customs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
