Job description

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

  • Assist with VAT filing and support during internal and external audits.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain vendor accounts.

  • Experience in Tally ERP is preferred.

  • Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and returns.

  • Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, and shipping documents.

  • Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts and inventory control.

  • Maintain organized records for all logistics and warehouse operations.


Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)


Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting / logistics roles.


Proficient in MS Office.


Working knowledge of Tally ERP is an advantage.


Strong organizational and communication skills.


Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
