We are looking for a driven, energetic, and experienced Senior Recruiter to become a key part of our fast-growing trucking company. This is more than just a recruiting position — we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, attract top CDL drivers, and make a real impact on company growth.

In this role, you will:

Recruit and hire CDL drivers across the U.S.
Build trust and long-term relationships with drivers
Manage leads, applications, and daily follow-ups
Guide drivers through the entire hiring and onboarding process
Work closely with Safety, Operations, and Dispatch teams
Help improve recruiting strategies and bring fresh ideas
Keep recruiting organized, efficient, and goal-oriented

We are looking for someone who can move fast, stay organized, and create a positive experience for every driver they speak with.

Strong experience in trucking or transportation recruiting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident, motivated, and results-driven personality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and lead management skills
Professional phone and messaging communication
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with recruiting systems, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
English required
