Job description

  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships to drive company revenue.
  • Identify and grow accounts within the construction chemicals industry, especially in waterproofing, thermal insulation, industrial adhesives, and sports flooring.
  • Actively promote and sell products including polyurethane, polyurea, and epoxy-based systems.
  • Conduct site visits, technical meetings, and product presentations to contractors and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer needs are accurately met.
  • Report regularly on sales pipeline, conversions, revenue, and market trends.
  • Meet monthly targets and contribute to the expansion of our market presence in the UAE and GCC.

Skills

  • Proven sales experience in construction chemicals, preferably in:
  • Waterproofing and thermal insulation systems
  • Industrial floor coatings and adhesives
  • Polyurethane, polyurea, and epoxy products
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel to project sites
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiarity with the GCC construction market is an advantage
