Tele-sales representative

• Active lead generation and identify potential client in construction industry through cold calling, LinkedIn and from provided database;
• Penetrate the Gatekeepers and access the contact information of the influencers or decision makers;
• Initial presentation of Company services, products to the potential Customer;
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels to make an initial meeting;
• Coordination with Sales team for meeting appointments;
• Filling lead information to CRM system;
• Understanding of core business processes and ability to discuss process improvement.
