About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and passionate Sales Manager to lead the growth of our processed dates product line. Based out of our Dubai office, you will own the full sales function for our premium range of date-derived products — including dates powder, dates syrup, dates sugar, dates oil, and more.
This is a dual-channel role covering both B2B and B2C sales, requiring someone who can navigate corporate supply deals with food manufacturers, hotels, and retailers just as confidently as they can engage end consumers and direct buyers. You will spend roughly 50% of your time visiting clients across Dubai and the UAE.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels for our processed dates product range
• B2B: Target and acquire food manufacturers, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, health food brands, and retailers looking to incorporate premium date-derived ingredients
• B2C: Drive direct consumer sales through retail partnerships, online channels, farmer’s markets, and brand activations
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term accounts
• Negotiate and close supply agreements, pricing contracts, and distribution deals in both English and Arabic
• Develop deep product knowledge to confidently position dates powder, syrup, sugar, oil, and other derivatives to diverse customer segments
• Identify new product opportunities and market trends in the health food, natural sweetener, and specialty ingredient space
• Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics to align sales activity with supply and brand strategy
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across both channels
• Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to leadership
• Build, mentor, and scale a sales team as the business grows

What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments is essential
• Background in food, specialty ingredients, health food, FMCG, or natural products is strongly preferred
• Existing network in Dubai’s food manufacturing, retail, or hospitality sector is a major advantage
• Strong understanding of the health food and natural sweetener market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is a must
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple sales channels simultaneously
• Valid UAE driver’s license (or ability to obtain one)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
• Passion for or knowledge of dates, natural sweeteners, or Middle Eastern food heritage
• Experience selling to health food retailers, organic stores, or wellness brands
• Familiarity with e-commerce or D2C sales strategies
• Existing relationships with UAE supermarket buyers, food distributors, or hotel procurement teams
