Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, markets, and business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services or products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the department.
• Record all sales activities in CRM systems and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company
Reports Prepared:
1. Sales Activity Report – Details meetings, calls, proposals, and follow-ups.
2. Sales Pipeline & Forecast Report – Projects expected deals and potential revenue.
3. Customer Feedback Report – Captures insights to improve product/service offerings.
4. Target vs. Achievement Report – Compares sales performance against set goals.
5. Market Analysis Report – Identifies trends, competitors, and growth areas
