We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English & Arabic) Sales Executive with a proven track record in technology sales. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to successful onboarding, and nurturing key accounts within the vibrant SMB market across the UAE and GCC. Your focus will be on sectors including Real Estate, Automobile Sales & Rental Companies, Healthcare (Clinics), Beauty & Wellness (Salons), and related service industries.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

o   Proactively identify, qualify, and generate leads within target SMB sectors (Real Estate, Auto, Healthcare Clinics, Beauty Salons, etc.).

o   Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and specific client challenges.

o   Build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:

o   Own the entire sales process: initial contact, needs analysis, solution presentation & proposal, negotiation, closing, and seamless handover to onboarding/project teams.

o   Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to SMB needs and specific sector requirements.

Account Management & Growth:

o   Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients post-sale.

o   Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., adding SMM to a website client, proposing software solutions).

o   Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.

Solution Selling Expertise:

o   Deeply understand our portfolio (Website Design/Dev, Social Media Marketing, Enterprise Software) and effectively articulate their value proposition to diverse SMB clients.

o   Develop tailored solutions addressing specific client pain points and business objectives within their industry context.

Target Achievement:

o   Consistently meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue, profitability, pipeline growth).

o   Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

o   Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to Sales Management and Marketing.

o   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., leads, opportunities, activities, forecasts).

Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, Pre-sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
