Job Title: Sales Executive - Dealer Sales

Job Overview:

YallaMotor is looking for a highly driven Sales Executive - Dealer Sales to join our dynamic commercial team.

This role is central to expanding our dealer network across the UAE and driving the adoption of YallaMotor as the go-to automotive marketplace.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, thrives in sales environments, understands the dealer mindset, and can build strong, lasting relationships with automotive dealerships.

The successful candidate must have prior experience working with car dealers in the UAE, a solid understanding of sales pipelines, and a proven track record in the acquisition, cold calling, and field visits.

This is a performance-driven role that requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition of new car dealers to list and promote their inventory on YallaMotor.
  • Develop and execute a structured outreach strategy that includes cold calls, in-person visits, email sequences, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Understand dealer pain points and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the key point of contact for your accounts, building trust, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, ad ops, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless dealer experience.
  • Report activity, pipeline progress, and performance in CRM and internal dashboards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, dealer movements, and market dynamics.
