Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for financial markets to join our dynamic forex brokerage team. In this telesales role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue through outbound calls and relationship management.

Skills

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's forex trading products and services.
  • Follow up on leads and call prospects to build a client base.
  • Educate prospective clients on account opening procedures, trading platforms, and investment options.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of forex market trends, trading strategies, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with retention and customer support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and company compliance policies.
