Experience: Min 2 years of UAE experience as a sales engineer in fabrication unit with a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Candidate MUST be currently working in fabrication units which handles heavy fabrication steel structures
- Candidate MUST be working in the UAE and having clients in the O&G sector
- Candidate should be able to drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures (ETP, STP, RO skids, platforms, skids, piping, Pressure Vessels and various structural works) by identifying opportunities, building client relationships (Operators, EPCs, Contractors), and closing deals in the competitive Oil & Gas and water treatment sector.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets for fabrication projects.
- Client Acquisition: Prospect, network, and generate new leads within the upstream, midstream, and downstream O&G sectors.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Engineering, Project Managers).
- Technical Selling: Understand client needs, interpret technical drawings/specifications, and present tailored solutions.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare detailed bids, estimates, and presentations along with Estimation team and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Focus heavily on long-cycle project sales, technical capability matching, and maintaining high-value client relationships. Because heavy fabrication involves significant capital, engineering, and material costs.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate, regular sales forecasts for resource allocation, including material procurement and shop capacity planning.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients in target industries (e.g., Oil & Gas/ water treatment).
- Customer Retention: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, manage CRM, and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Should have Good command in English and presentation skills.
