Job description

Job Purpose
  1. Product Manager is a professional responsible for setting prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.
  2. Responsible for develops product concepts generates product requirements determines specifications
  3. Collaborates with UX designers to come up with usable emotionally attaching and inspecting products that meet users expectations

Key Result Responsibilities
  1. Accountable for the success of delivery, owns the entire product backlog and delivery activities this includes grooming development teams responding to queries of the development team promptly
  2. Ensures stories are ready before the sprint start matching definition of ready and having clear acceptance criteria
  3. Manages and prioritizes the product backlog along with the Product Manager which matches product vision and client needs
  4. Liaise between business and development teams to deliver continuous value
  5. Reviews visual designs developed by UX team
  6. Reviews test cases written by QA team
  7. Stays abreast with market trends and new technologies in the domain, researches and conducts comparative analysis with competitors to recommend best practices



  8. Monitors the development and product teams performance and escalates any potential performance deviation to Product Managers
  9. Represents ISA in clients’ meetings, solicits feedback on products and services regularly
  10. Performs any other additional duties as directed by the Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
  11. Acts as a Product Manager 2 in absence of Product Manager 2

Key Result Responsibilities-Continued
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
  1. Bachelors Degree in Technical Engineering or Computer Science or Math or equivalent
  2. Certified SCRUM Master or Professional Certified Product Owner (Optional)
  3. Solid technical background with understanding in software development
  4. Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack JIRA
  5. Fluent in English Language

Work Experience
  1. MInimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst QA product owner or UX designer or architect
  2. Aviation domain expereince is highly preferred
  3. Experienced in writing user stories business requirements
  4. Experienced in SCRUM methodology
  5. Proven track record of successful on time delivery
  6. Good understanding of UI or UX design
  7. Good understanding of software testing ability to review and approve test cases
