We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative fintech products. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering scalable, customer-centric financial solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and business teams
• Translate market insights, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into product features
• Drive Agile product development processes, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, KYC/AML, and data security standards
• Analyze product performance using KPIs and data analytics to inform decision-making
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates to leadership
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7–10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3–5 years in fintech
• Proven track record of launching digital financial products (payments, lending, wallets, BNPL, etc.)
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, APIs, and integrations
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, SAMA regulations in KSA)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
