Role Overview
Amplicon Middle East is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. This is a purely office-based role focused on managing inbound leads, technical quoting, and driving sales (Edge AI, industrial networking, and IoT gateways). You will be the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring rapid response times and accurate technical proposals.
Lead Management: Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries received via the website, email, and phone.
Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for industrial hardware, specifically targeting small-to-medium quantity requests.
Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up on issued quotes to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Customer Support: Guide new customers through our "basic" product lines, helping them select the right cellular routers, industrial PCs, or connectivity modules.
CRM Discipline: Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales stages in the CRM system (Zoho).
Order Processing: Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to check stock availability and shipping timelines for urgent small orders.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or technical customer service within the industrial or IT hardware sector.
Technical Savvy: Ability to understand and explain technical specifications for industrial products (networking, computing, and IoT).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
Work Style: Highly organized, comfortable with a fast-paced "desk-based" environment, and capable of managing multiple quotes simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
