Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results‑driven HR professional to serve as the primary Human Resources representative for our Dubai office.
This role manages all local HR operations, ensures compliance with UAE labor requirements, and oversees administrative functions to maintain a professional and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Support Serve as the HR point of contact for all Dubai employees, addressing routine HR inquiries and escalating complex matters as needed.
Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, DMCC/DWC regulations, and company policies.
Support employee relations matters in partnership with the Director of HR.
Payroll Administration Manage full‑cycle payroll for Dubai and China.
Liaise with payroll processing teams in both regions to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll.
Collect commission data from Sales and Education Manager for China payroll.
Respond to payroll‑related inquiries from employees in Dubai and China.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Visa Management Oversee local onboarding, ensuring all required employment documents are collected and maintained.
Manage visa and sponsorship processes, including issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation.
Assist new employees with obtaining government IDs and other local requirements.
Coordinate end‑of‑service processes, including calculations and documentation.
Relocation Support Assist relocating employees with visas, work authorizations, travel arrangements, temporary housing, and settling‑in needs.
Health Insurance Administration Review and recommend annual health insurance plans.
Manage employee enrollments, updates, and issuance of health insurance cards.
HR Research & Compliance Stay current on UAE labor law updates and HR best practices.
Conduct local benchmarking on compensation, benefits, and working conditions.
Support updates to the Dubai Employee Handbook to ensure compliance.
Office Administration Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, courier services, and vendor management.
Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of office expenses.
Ensure a professional, well‑functioning office environment.
General Serve as a role model for company values and commitment to excellence.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience in Dubai; employee relations experience preferred.
Working knowledge of UAE employment laws and compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to respond tactically to urgent matters.
Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
