We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the full recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Support in addressing employee queries, handling concerns, and fostering a positive work culture.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and contribute to employee development initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Minimum 1 year of proven HR experience in the UAE is essential.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
