Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to support the CEO and core team in managing daily admin, invoicing, light HR, and PR / communication tasks. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in a supportive and fast-paced digital environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, scheduling, document handling)
  2. Prepare and send client invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed
  3. Coordinate with external accountant and auditors when required
  4. Support basic HR tasks (e.g., tracking attendance, requesting reports)
  5. Assist with operational follow-ups and light project coordination
  6. Support social media posting, content coordination, and marketing outreach
  7. Prepare business communication drafts, basic reports, and follow-ups with partners.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, admin, marketing, or related field
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills
  3. Basic knowledge of invoicing and follow-up processes
  4. Comfortable using tools like Word, Excel, and email
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) is a plus
  6. Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
