About the Role:


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties across Dubai.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for ensuring units are well-maintained, guest-ready, and operating smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of holiday home units
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
  • Conduct property inspections and report issues
  • Communicate with tenants/guests when required
  • Handle minor issues and coordinate with technicians
  • Monitor inventory (linens, supplies, toiletries)
  • Work closely with the back-office/admin team
  • Assist with check-ins/check-outs when needed
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English
  • Previous experience in holiday homes, or hospitality preferred but candidates from all backgrounds will be considered 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Must be physically active and willing to travel across Dubai via metro and bus
  • Basic problem-solving and coordination ability
  • Work 6 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm
