B757 is a UAE-based property management and ventures company. We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support the founder across both business and personal tasks. This is a part-time role — mornings or evenings, flexible based on the right candidate.
You’ll handle scheduling, follow-ups, coordinating with contacts, managing documents, running errands, and keeping day-to-day life and business organized. The role is varied — one day it’s chasing a contractor, the next it’s booking an appointment or organizing files. You need to be reliable, discreet, and on top of things without being reminded.
Working hours: Part-time, Monday – Friday . Morning or evening shift (to be agreed).

Strong organizational skills. Clear communication in English (Arabic a plus). Comfortable handling both personal and professional tasks. Proactive and discreet. UAE-based with valid visa. Prior PA or admin experience preferred.
