𝗡𝗚𝗖 & 𝗖𝗢 𝗟𝗟𝗖 is hiring a creative Digital Designer / Finalizer to join our Custom Wallpaper Department, working directly with clients to bring their interior visions to life through large format printed wallcoverings.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙤:
▪️ Create engaging designs for print and digital media, collaborating with sales and showroom teams to meet client project goals
▪️ Design custom wallpapers for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
▪️ Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct specifications, color accuracy, and resolution for large format digital printing
▪️ Scale, repeat, and color match designs for seamless wallpaper production
▪️ Refine designs for production, resolving print and digital output issues
▪️ Organize design assets and deliver final files in required formats
▪️ Manage revisions and approvals through to final production
▪️ Maintain brand consistency and ensure high quality final outputs across every project
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚'𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧:
▪️ 2-4 years' experience as a digital designer, graphic designer / finalizer, or surface pattern designer
▪️ Strong portfolio showing pattern, repeat, and large format work
▪️ Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator especially; In Design a plus)
▪️ Solid understanding of prepress, color management, print resolution, and file preparation for production
▪️ A good eye for interiors, trends, and contemporary design
▪️ Ability to work directly with clients and interpret briefs accurately
▪️ Experience with custom or digitally printed wallpaper is a strong advantage
