𝗡𝗚𝗖 & 𝗖𝗢 𝗟𝗟𝗖 a 20 year Dubai institution in architectural surfaces is hiring a Assistant Carpet Sales Manager to lead our carpet and broadroom business across the UAE.
We are looking for someone who already knows hotel hospitality business. Someone who can walk into a procurement meeting be recognized on first name basis.
𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙣:
▪️ Build and leverage a powerful network across hospitality procurement, interior designers, fit out contractors and clients
▪️ Get NGC's carpet collections broadloom, carpet tiles, axminster, and custom specified into hotels, offices, and premium residentail projects
▪️ Open doors to key decision makers at major hospitality groups and commercial developers
▪️ Manage complex custom and axminster projects from specification to installation
▪️ Convert relationships into consistent, repeatable revenue
▪️ Bring real time intelligence on upcoming refurbishments, fit outs, and tenders
▪️ Show up, stand out, and own the room at every client meeting and site visit
𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚. 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙮:
New project wins across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors
Specification wins and framework agreements
Strength and growth of your hospitality and fit out network
Contribution to the Carpet Division pipeline
Revenue generation and closed high value orders
𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡:
▪️ Drive sales of NGC's full carpet portfolio across the UAE
▪️ Manage the full sales cycle from specification through to closing and after sales
▪️ Work closely with installation partners to ensure smooth project delivery
▪️ Identify new opportunities in hospitality refurbishments and commercial fit outs
▪️ Maintain pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce
▪️ Report directly to the General Manager
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚'𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧:
▪️ 5+ years' experience in carpet or flooring sales in the UAE or GCC
▪️ Strong network among hospitality procurement, interior designers, and fit out contractors
▪️ Deep knowledge of carpet construction, fibre types, and contract grade specifications
▪️ Experience with both stock and custom or axminster projects
▪️ Background with premium flooring brands
▪️ Commercially sharp, highly connected, and proactive
▪️ Excellent client management and negotiation skills
▪️ UAE driving license
