Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Solutions Executive to join an innovative recruitment technology platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and presenting recruitment technology solutions that support their hiring needs and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.



Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact target companies across the Middle East through cold calling, email outreach, and business networking


  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline


  • Present and demonstrate recruitment technology solutions to potential clients


  • Prepare and send proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR, Procurement, Finance, and Senior Management


  • Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to ensure engagement and successful conversion


  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions


  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field


  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or recruitment industry


  • Experience working with clients across the UAE or Middle East is an advantage


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, business development, or solution selling


  • Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships


  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs


  • Experience in recruitment agency, recruitment platform, or HR solutions is highly preferred


  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
