• Monitor and maintain Quality Management System processes and procedures
• Attend and support quarterly Quality Committee meetings
• Develop and update internal procedures for the Service Quality & Performance Department
• Support departments in developing management procedures, user manuals, and training manuals
• Maintain and update documentation distribution lists
• Manage the IT tool established for document management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QMS / Procedures Management
• Strong knowledge of document control and management systems
• English proficiency – minimum B2 Level
• ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Auditor certification is preferred
