The Sr Project Cost Control Engineer will be responsible to maintain accurate and timely control on the Project(s) costs by trade and by discipline with a clear vision of the Balance to Completion requirement.
The successful candidate will have to interact closely with the Accounting, Cost Estimation, Procurement and Project Managers(s) to ensure that expenditures are aligned with the original Budgets and to properly forecasts the expected future expenses.
The Sr Project Cost Control Engineer will have to provide regular reports to the Management.
The selected Candidate will have to be also responsible for the issuing the company's invoices and to also clear the Sub contractors/suppliers' invoices.
he is also expected to spearhead the issuance of Variation Orders whenever applicable.
The successful candidate for this post must be a holder of an engineering degree (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
He should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 4 in a similar post.
he should possess strong dexterity in using related software and tools, well exposed to MEP Contracting, Self motivated and capable of delivering and operating with minimal supervision
