Job description

 Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the estimation and tendering process for aluminum and façade projects, ensuring accurate cost analysis and competitive pricing aligned with company objectives and market standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze architectural and shop drawings.
  • Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Estimate costs for aluminum and façade systems, including:
  • Curtain Wall Systems
  • Cladding
  • Aluminum Doors & Windows
  • Skylights & Structural Glazing
  • Send RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate and compare supplier quotations (technical & commercial).
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Lead and manage the estimation team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Procurement).
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Architectural Engineering
  • Or equivalent

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in aluminum and façade projects.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Curtain Walls
  • Cladding
  • Aluminum Doors & Windows

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory experience with international systems:
