Experience in Electrical projects mainly Distribution networks up to 69 KV . Overhead & Underground works in Power Distribution and substation works. Installation of Poles, line accessories, Transformers, Mini Pillars, Under ground Cabling
Search for new projects, prepare and submit PQ documents, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain/update government certificates on client portals (SEC, Aramco, etc.).
Review bid requirements, attend site meetings, prepare estimates, BOQs, vendor inquiries, proposals, and bid bonds, handle clarifications and negotiations, finalize contracts, manage cash flow and records, and support variations, revised POs, and purchase orders.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Flexible to travel and provide support to all branches when required.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills across technical and non-technical departments.
· Preparing technical questions and obtaining clarifications from the client.
· Preparing the commercial estimate and obtaining management review and approval.
· Preparing the request for bid bonds.
· Preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the scope of work.
· Generating materials lists, floating enquiries, following up with vendors, and receiving quotations.
· Preparing the required sets of commercial proposals (hard or soft copies) and attending the bid opening meeting.
· Attending commercial clarification and negotiation meetings with clients.
· Reviewing, finalizing, and signing contracts with clients for new projects.
· Preparing project cash flow for bank submission and budgeting purposes.
· Maintaining records of awarded contracts and updating the company profile for quarterly bank submissions.
· Preparing additional quantity statements with supporting documents for unit rate contracts with Nesma, CAT, NSH etc., when there are quantity difference between PO and IFC documents or due to actual site requirements.
· Following up with the client for the issuance of revised PO’s.
· Preparing draft purchase orders (quotations) for projects under Aramco OHPL Long Form Contract based on client provided scope of work or site survey drawings.
