• Monitor and control actual project costs and compare them with approved estimates.
• Prepare financial reports related to project costs and identify variances.
• Analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support project management in making budget and cost-related decisions.
• Participate in the preparation, approval, and monitoring of project budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in cost control within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and financial data analysis.
• Proficiency in cost control and reporting software (Excel / SAP / Cost Control Systems).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Language:
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
