Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for large scale construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical and commercial understanding to ensure competitive pricing and effective cost planning throughout the tendering process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze tender documents, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and pricing strategies in coordination with other relevant departments.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and integrate them into final estimates.
• Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender evaluations.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and project budgets.
• Maintain accurate cost databases and historical project records.
• Support project teams during the handover from tender stage to execution.
