Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules ensuring all activities, logic ties, and critical paths are accurately represented.
2. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to monitor project health, focusing on Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
3. Identify schedule variances and proactively develop recovery plans or "what-if" scenarios to mitigate delays in complex infrastructure work-fronts.
4. Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to verify physical progress, ensuring the P6 schedule reflects the reality of on-site execution.
5. Prepare high-quality reporting packages, including Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and S-curves for internal management and stakeholder review.
6. Analyze Resource Loading and Histograms to identify potential bottlenecks in labor or equipment allocation across multiple project zones.
7. Support the Claims & Contract team by providing detailed delay analysis when required.
