Job Description
Green Building Solutions (GBS) is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our teams in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the exclusive distributor of PHomi MCM products in the GCC, GBS is at the forefront of delivering environmentally friendly building solutions that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry.
This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and target potential clients, including engineering firms, consultants, designers, contractors, and developers in the commercial and residential sectors.
✅ Conduct research to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
✅ Introduce GBS’s green building products, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
✅ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
✅ Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
✅ Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
✅ Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote GBS’s offerings.
🔹 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction and building materials sector.
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
🔹 Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
🔹 Ability to analyze market trends and identify customer needs.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
🔹 High level of motivation, a customer-focused mindset, and a results-oriented attitude.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
🔹 Readiness to travel for client meetings and events.
🔹 A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
